Censored family photo, no. 22 (BenHaven archives reference no.: 4.14.1348) Newspaper clipping of photograph featuring S. P. Young. The handwritten note at the top of the clipping reads: Dad - Clipped from the paper. Recruiting. According to Wes Injerd, who provided numerous translations throughout this project, the text of the censor stamp reads: Censored - Tokyo POW Camp. Additionally, the censor stamp includes the stamp of the person who reviewed the material, and reads: Hirota.
