Mindoro beach evacuation, no. 1 (BenHaven archives reference no.: 4.14.0286) This photograph was taken as the men came onto the beach after evacuating the S.S. Mayon. Bud Morris identifies with man, seated at far left, as Jim Greene. He also identifies the man standing next to Greene as John Ferry, and comments on what became of these two men.
