Before requesting a rush order from Al Young Studios, please be aware of the following:Expedited shipping is already built into our shopping cart.  Consequently, expediting the shipping of a product does not require a request to rush an order.

With rare exception, all Studios' inventory is printed on demand; therefore, rushing an order means printing the product more quickly than usual.  And inasmuch as Al Young Studios out-sources all printing services, rushing an order involves not only arranging for a third party to produce the item more quickly, but printing it without delaying other orders whose delivery is already scheduled... This was a time of joy

Blessed, Honored Pioneer (Lucinda Pace) was painted by the artist in the studios at Ben Haven.  The completed painting was acquired by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints for use in temples, and the Church also acquired all copy rights pertaining to the artwork.

James and Lucinda Pace

Young The grandchildren of Lucinda Pace (1805-1897) extolled her as a woman commanding a wonderful disposition, very quiet and mild . . . highly educated and the source from which [her children] received [their] early training in music, arithmetic, grammar, as well as the rudiments of education, being a great reader of church works.  Her biography also states that she went through all the hardships of the early pioneers with a firm and steadfast faith in God, never complaining for she felt that the Father could have caused conditions to have been different if He had so willed it... The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints purchases Till We Meet Again by Elspeth Young

Young The original oil painting Till We Meet Again, by Elspeth Young, was recently purchased by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.  Inasmuch as all copyrights to the painting remain the property of the artist, paper prints and giclee-canvas reproductions of the painting will remain available directly and exclusively from Al Young Studios.  Requests to publish or otherwise reproduce the image in any manner should also be directed to Al Young Studios.

Laura Allred Hurtado, global acquisitions art curator for the Church, explained that one of the primary objectives in the Church's acquisition of art is its focus on the breadth of cultures represented in the growing, worldwide membership of the Church, and the significant contributions made by representatives of those cultures throughout Church history...
